Reno Plumbing Pros

One slow fixture or a whole-home plumbing problem?

The pattern across fixtures helps you describe the issue without diagnosing the pipe.

Make a simple observation list

Record the fixtures involved, whether the symptom affects hot and cold water and what was happening when it began. A single slow sink and several backed-up drains need different assessment. Do not test by repeatedly adding water when a backup is already spreading.

Describe the sequence

Explain whether another fixture’s use triggers the symptom and whether it has happened before. Share prior inspection records when available. Useful observations guide testing, but they cannot establish pipe condition or the final repair price by telephone.

Ask for an assessment plan

Request an explanation of the checks, charge and authorization process. Compare diagnosis and repair scope separately. If shared or utility equipment may be involved, establish responsibility before agreeing to alterations.
